I have attended city college before and it is a great institution. I would like for it to be there for the years to come so I can pursue other interests in life.

I have had incredible professors during my time studying music at City College. I have taken what I learned in my classes with Professor Kamatani and Professor Muleon and gone on to work with a local production company as Vocal Director and Arranger. I would not have been able to get here were it not for them. Please do not deprive other students the chance to advance their careers just because they don't wish to transfer to another institution.

City College is a leader in cultural enrichment, civic engagement, and life-long learning. Also, our transfer students do exceptionally well at the UCs and other four year universities. Our student should not be punished by an economy that is already limiting their job opportunities. We will do our job to make our operation more efficient, but we must not be forced to change our mission. If wealthy people resumed paying their fair share of taxes, we would be thriving.

I was a student at CCSF some years ago. I think what they do there is very important and should be mantained as it is.

Higher education is of utmost importance for young people's future in life. City College is the only such institute in San Francisco offering a more affordable opportunity for the common people. It is very important that this College stays open to serve this population.

San Francisco will be full of idiots if the only community college of the city is closed. I think the economy wouldn't be better once more idiots are out there
