Lancashire County Council are looking to sell land across Blackwood Road.

The land in question has either been maintained by residents or rented off the council as gardens for over 40 years. 

There has already been planning put in place for 41 new builds on the land opposite.

If this land is sold on for development the impact to the community and wildlife in the area is going to be astronomical
