CBC reports that the B.C. government secretly plans on mass killing of B.C. wolves for years. http://tinyurl.com/o9g4f3f

CBC news reported today that the B.C. government actually plans to continue the aerial killing of wolves for at least five more years and it is willing to spend millions of tax dollars doing it. This means it won’t be hundreds of wolves that die because of government’s refusal to protect adequate habitat for caribou - but that thousands of wild wolves will be inhumanely shot from helicopters.

Unless it is stopped.

Over 160,000 people have signed the petition urging the B.C. government to reconsider the wolf kill. This number is impressive and continues to be reported in media stories but if we are going to get their attention we have to increase this number - substantially. Please spread this link as far and wide as possible.

The B.C. government desperately wants to continue this wolf kill without any publicity, while at the same time issuing permits to industries that are destroying caribou habitat.

We can’t let them get away with this.

The more money that is donated to the Save B.C. Wolves Indiegogo campaign the louder our voice can be for the countless wolves that are being targeted by aerial killing.(https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/save-b-c-wolves) Your support will go directly to publicizing this issue and allow us to inform millions of people of this wildlife tragedy. The more people that raise their voice in opposition the closer we get to stopping this horrific killing of one of North America’s most socially evolved species.

With great appreciation,
Pacific Wild
