Last chance to stop the unlimited trophy hunt of wolves
Jan 29, 2016 — If you have 5 minutes before midnight on January 31, wolves in the ironically-named "Peace" Region need your help: pacificwild.org/wolfcomments.
The B.C. government is pushing for a number of measures to ramp up the hunting of wolves in B.C. in addition to the ongoing – unscientific, inhumane, and expensive – helicopter-based cull program we have just taken to court.
The most offensive of the proposals is #2124 pushing for the removal of ALL limits on the number of wolves hunters can kill in the Peace Region, but there are 4 more where that came from.
Please take a minute to share our posts on social media and then head over to pacificwild.org/wolfcomments to submit your feedback directly to the government:
Whether you are in B.C. or elsewhere, you can respond to the government's call for feedback and you can certainly help us spread the word.
Thanks as always,
Your friends at Pacific Wild
