My dad, Jack as well as his partner Anthony has been the owners of an auto repair shop in the Huntington area for the past twenty-four years, called Accelerated Automotive Inc. Over the past eight years, they have been leasing a building on West Hills rd that was previously a marble and granite shop.

The Town of Huntington Code Enforcement has been giving them fines over the years for not having a special use permit for the building to be a repair shop. My dad has continuously applied and tried to be granted a permit through the town, but they continue to refuse.

Now, the Town of Huntington is threatening to throw my dad's business out of their building, leaving them with no where to go and making it nearly impossible to run their business.

We have reached out to many people within the Town as well as local officials from the surrounding areas to see if they can help us, but we also need, friends, family, customers, and the people of Huntington to sign this petition to help keep my Dad's business in their current building either permanently or until they can find a new place.
