I personally I think dbesasams should hire each school EMIs official permanent. The reason being those people work so hard and they are the ones driving and operating school data base both with Principal. 

They earn less than what our government has agreed on. R2500 or R3000 is nothing... To show that they don't have rest time even thier calendar has no weekend it's Monday to Sunday. 

So I'm writing this on their behalf that government (Department of Education) have to look into this  matter or the database of the school will also have errors Because it is used by different admins every year. 

In out circuit Limpopo Mokopane mahwelereng circuit we only have 3-4 permanent workers but how many schools are there.... Who's operating the school data base? Are they not important like those taken permanent? 

Please I humbly say department of basic Education and Sasams dbe and all SA school administration offices to look into this matter. 

Now that other school Educational Assistants and General assistance  are going to earn R3800 which is more than all Sasams school EMIs officials. 

We would be happy if this matter is taken into consideration.
