Dear Sarpanch Madam 

Many congratulations for being elected as our representative. My name is Rashmita Ekka. I am pursuing Masters in Social work in Bhubaneswar. I am so happy to see a woman who can take decisions independent as our sarpanch. I am a resident of Gundipada of your G.P. Gyangpali. 

I am requesting you to complete following tasks to help my villagers for a better future.

1) Water facilities for Agriculture - it will help hundreds of our farmers to cultivate crops and vegetables to help them earning good amount. This will also stop migration of our people to cities to work as a daily wage labour.

2) Street lights in my village - to help us in mobility during the evenings and night.

3) Construction of a Pandal for Pallisabha and other community festivals.

I believe it's important to ask and expect from our grassroot politicians to make democracy work and decentralising power. Sarpanch is the first level and most close to people to make things work.
