“Illegal parked cars in Brgy.Sapalibutad”

Everyday as a student I experience travelling to go to our school. Most of the time I ride my bicycle to arrive at school but everyday I am encountering illegally parked cars along the Sapalibutad road. Despite the fact where the city hall has already posted “tow away zone” and “no parking” still there are many people who cannot follow simple ordinance by the City Hall. Also it is just a matter of common sense where in fact once you own your car you must have your garage or parking space to park your car because your lack of responsibility is being paid by people who just want to travel with ease and do not need to deal with this kind of crap. You as a car, tricycle or motorcycle owner you must know your responsibility for the reason that your lack of empathy is causing someone else burden. Sometimes illegally parked cars are becoming the cause of an accident in the barangay for the reason that you are blocking the main road because you are illegally parked there and the other people are adjusting to your crap. As a concerned citizen of Brgy.Sapalibutad I’d like to open up this problem and give my suggestions on how we can minimize this kind of problem. The barangay officials must be strict in implementing an ordinance especially if it’s a city ordinance where a vehicle that it is illegally park along the main road must be towed. Also they could have symposium regarding this problem and explain to all the drivers in Sapalibutad that this problem has a major impact in community. Hoping this problem will be solve as soon as possible to make our daily travel lives better.
