there should be a skatepark added at richard rouix park because theres a big open space of grass and it doesnt have any use. theres only two skateparks, one in canyon country and one in castaic. there should be one located in stevenson ranch since it would make sense to have one that everyone can go to, rather then having to go all the way to castaic or canyon country which if there was 3, the streets would be less crowded with skateboarders going into heavy traffic and disturbing the peace of other people. Adding a skatepark to Richard Rioux will also prevent all three skateparks in scv from being overcrowded, and keeping skateboarders more safe  and occupied with more parks to skate at, rather then being put in danger by skating around the busy streets of scv.
