I believe in rehabilitation and redemption. U.S. wars in Indochina created the conditions in Cambodia that Kang Hen and his family had to escape. Keep him with his family and community which is here.

Kang is an American - he has been here since he was a child. He is a tax paying member of society. He paid his debt to society and deserves to live his life. His child and his partner deserve to have him in their lives
