The Sandy City Council wants to eliminate the compensation package for police and fire. Let’s stop them from doing this. The city has made cuts in expenses in anticipation of an economic downturn due to covid which has saved about $3.5M. The compensation package is only $1.1M. This cut is not necessary.
Email these council members to tell them to not cut the compensation package and sign this petition. These are the ones voting against it.
