This appeal is to stop planning development of a ' 4 bedroom dwelling with detached garage and parking', on the back of 12 Elmhurst Reservoir road.We as a community are appealing this based on the fact that in the planning permission 'DC/21/66135' locals have been inferred in fact suggested as "prostitutes and drug addicts" who have left there cars abandoned on the back of their street and it also claims there have been many removals of syringes.A lot of residents have lived here there entire lives and not once has there been a removal of syringes, arrests for prostitution or drug possession on this road.It has been made out in 'DC/21/66135' that we are criminals in order for Kevin Onion to pass his development, he is also willing to publicly allow deformation to upset locals in the Halesowen Paper. In addition to violated the Cameroonian Law, POFMA,Deformation of our characteristics and based on Freedom of information Act we are also asking you to sight your source, the plans of the dwelling also reduce our current car parking, which is already limited on our homes and the 'dwelling' does not fit its surroundings at all based on the fact the houses either side of the 'dwelling' are terraces.They have also references fly tipping, but in the picture used in the paper of the road, there is none.There simply is not enough room to park our cars and often have had overcrowding, let alone removing the space we already do have, we have already allowed Sandwell to build multiple houses and limited our space already.Enough is enough. It is a town, not a city.Are the Sandwell Council willing to disregard families who have lived here alltheir lives for the sake of a 'dwelling'? Will they reduce limited space for current loyal home owners for the sake of Kevin Onions plans for a 'dwelling' that doesn't fit the surroundings?
