Our daughter, Alianna DeFreeze was abducted on January 23, 2017. She was murdered by a sexual predator while on her way to school and left in an abandoned home. Had his whereabouts been known Alianna would still be alive today. This violent offender was released from prison after serving only 4 1/2 years for rape and attempted murder. This law will ensure the safety of our children and women throughout the state. Offenders need to be equipped with an ankle bracelet, a chip, or some other kind of tracking device, upon being released from prison. Lives are being taken with regularity. Rapes have become a constant occurrence all over this country. We speak for the countless number of families who lives will never be the same because of these predator's. The loss of Alianna has driven us to take action. We are committed to making change in our community, and throughout the world.
