This petition is addressed to the Sandhill Shores Association Board and membership:
We, the members of Sandhill Shores, demand an opportunity to discuss and decide, as a community, where the best place is to assign a public access point within our subdivision. And we demand that decision be based on unbiased unconflicted unfiltered and accurate information.
As per the bylaws of Sandhill Shores, if a petition of 10% members is signed, the board must schedule a special meeting on the issue.
