Binance and Coinbase have refused to restrict Russian users which effectively bypasses the economic sanctions put in place to oppose the war in Ukraine.

These companies should be sanctioned and restricted from operating until they in turn stop Russians from using their trading platforms.

Sign this petition and make your government representatives aware of this problem.

We cannot allow any organization or country to help Russia escape the effect of sanctions.  They are Ukraine's only hope.
