Holly Nicolson started this petition to San Francisco Parks and Rec and
Jackson Park doesn't allow dogs; the goal of this petition is to identify windows of time where dogs and their owners can use the park facilities (in designated areas). Because there are organized sports on the field, I'd like to propose that when sports aren't happening there are established dog friendly hours so the residents of Potrero Hill are able to bring their dogs to their local park.
