Help us bring Justice to Elliot who was only 7 months old at the time of his death! Help me by putting the people responsible for his death behind bars, his "mom" Jazmin Villalobos and her bf Luis Octavio Espinoza. I'm Elliots biological father and on August 31st of 2016 I was contacted by my baby's mothers family that she and her boyfriend were missing along with our son. They believed she and my son were in danger and hadn't been in contact with her for a few weeks and she was last known to be in Tijuana Mexico. We shared it on Facebook to bring awareness and I hoped and prayed my son was found safe. Those days of not knowing were awful.. i couldn’t stop crying , I couldn't eat I couldn't sleep and I just kept praying but on September 3rd I was contacted by the Chula Vista Police Department that they had found my baby's mother and her boyfriend in Spring Valley, I asked where my son was at and they informed me that Jazmin was leading the authorities to my son's body in Tijuana, she informed them he had been dead for three weeks. I was speechless and my heart broke at that moment , I couldn't believe it and couldn't process it, I was in so much shock...but I called my son's aunt to tell her the news... I can remember how it sounded like they dropped the phone and all I heard was crying and screaming. In the days that followed I learned that jazmin and Luis were telling authorities that his death was an accident.. one story was that he fell in the tub while they took him a bath, another was he died in his sleep and the last was that they dropped him on the floor but if any one of these stories were true why did they take my son's lifeless body in a empty lot in Tijuana Mexico where they left him for 3 weeks, why did she not contact the authorities or take my son to a hospital that's what any good parent would do if their child was hurt. There were rumors Luis was in jail but it was never confirmed and they are both free to this day! After learning of all this suspicious information I then started a campaign #JUSTICE4ELLIOTNOW and began gaining more attention from news stations and I spent the weeks that followed doing interviews with the news in San Diego and Tijuana. I was also contacted by a lawyer who wanted to help me pro bono, we scheduled a day to go to Tijuana Mexico to see my sons body but I was told no so I went to the police department where I was told they couldn’t release any information to me because I was not on the birth certificate. I was still left with so many questions and I began to get in contact with multiple people who were witnesses to alleged abuse against my son by elliots mother and her bf.. then the autopsy brought more questions since it came back inconclusive. I was so glad when I was contacted by the FBI in San Diego because maybe I’ll finally get justice , when I went to meet with them I told them I wanted them to conduct an autopsy and they told me it would be done at their best facility. I then signed some papers giving them the right to my sons body and to an autopsy and they also did a DNA test. In the weeks that followed I hoped for an update on the autopsy results and that was in October 2016 and since then I’ve been left with no answer of what happened to my son..no answer to why the people who were taking care of him last dumped his body in an empty lot for 21 days are still free living their life. In late 2018 I went to Tijuana Mexico because I was informed by the FBI that authorities in Tijuana had taken over the case and they wanted to ask me some follow-up questions so I headed there and I was told it is still an open investigation. No one has reached out to me in almost 4 years to tell me what happened to my son, and it’s as if the world has forgot about my son who was only seven months old when he was murdered.My sons mother even has his remains I was denied the remains because I am not on the birth certificate. I try to contact the people handling the case and I do not hear back. I try and contact the fbi to at least know the results of the autopsy but I get no reply. All I want is justice for my baby boy who will never get to have his 1st birthday .. go trick or treating or enjoy Christmas with his little sisters. There’s nothing I want more then my son alive … I wish she would’ve just gave him to me or somebody else if she didn’t want him and he would still be here happy living life, but all I can ask for now is Justice for my son !
