ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! I do not understand why anyone can still argue that marriage is between a man and woman only. The only reason politicians care is because thay are worried about their image which usually isn't much to speak of anyway because if politicians were honest, caring people, they wouldn't be politicians. It's all about the MONEY and POWER. This man is a fine outstanding CITIZEN who cares about people and his community. You are signing his execution if you send him back to that barbaric place (which in some ways isn't too different than America). Did you know that marriage used to be forbidden between "mentally challenged" people and between "mixed races"? Look it up it's true. Look how far we have come with those topics. What is the hold up with same sex marriage? Is it because people would actually be happy and you can't stand the thought of that? I'm also pretty sure it's in the amendmens that people have the right to have the freedom to do as they please so long as it doesn't harm another person. So aren't you actually breaking laws by not allowing same sex marrige?

Not acceptable to discriminate against anyone on the grounds of their way of life, choices, orientation (or anything else for that matter, so long as they do no harm to another being)

This man deserves political asylum. Deporting him is an immediate death sentence due to the disgustingly hostile social climate in Uganda. Is Mr. Bokombe not one of the "masses yearning to breathe free" that the United States endeavors to welcome?

Don't send him back! He has a good life in California. Uganda is already becoming hell as LGBT people are threatened with violence! Make him stay in the US!

I didn't need to read anything other than the head line. I've already signed one petition trying to prevent a law from being passed in Uganda that basically says gay people don't have the right to even live and will be legally killed just for their sexuality. That was enough for me to know that this man needs our help. No one should be sent to an inevvitable death.
