San Clemente high school has been overlooking a very significant issue amongst the students not only are they creating more by protecting a rapist from other students but they are creating more of a scene within the student community. help us get “Jermey Chiani” expelled from San Clemente high school or be forced to do online learning the schools administrators have been disregarding they’re own rules and regulations as of cusd board policy 5183 by letting this student roam around campus.The student sexually assaulted feels unsafe in an environment where he is in it and other feel the need to take action into their own hands and Harass Jeremy chiani.there are ways cops on campus now and the entirety of the school believes it would be easier for everyone if he just left school for good.I am making this petition because, not only has it been ignored by the staff of SCHS and administration ,they let him walk freely without punishment and make Jeremy and the victim of (SA) see each other everyday. It is disgusting that with evidence that he is a rapist, gets to walk freely and not even get suspended and or moved schools. Instead they say the Victim must transfer schools, why must a victim of rape have to be transferred when she was asleep, and violated.
