To whom it may concern: hi my name is Paige Lee-Lowe I am 18 years old my first son name is Marvelous Lowe Smith me and his father were coparenting and his father was supposed to bring him back around Christmas time will every day he will FaceTime  me and show me my son and show me he’s OK and everything is safe with him well I did not receive a FaceTime  for that day so I became concerned I then  start to call California looking for my son and his father I was notified by my sons father 3days later  at that time he was arrested because of a CPS case concerning his daughter I then said where is my son Marvelous I was told then that he was taking  to Cps  custody  so I then start calling San Bernardino County CPS immediately the same day that he was taking I was calling I called over and over I had my mother call, my grandmother Call ,my sister ,my nieces ,nephews ,everyone in the family was concerned about Marvelous everyone called down there to San Bernardino County CPS requesting information on Marvelous and was told we cannot give out that information over the phone you have to come down here so we then jumped in the car as a family and went down to go get Marvelous  once we were in San Bernardino County at the office to go get Marvelous no one was at the office  because It was almost Christmas time so they were being negligent with answering the phone or even let us find out or get any information or anything about Marvelous or his whereabouts we went all the way to the office from Las Vegas and they still would not tell us if Marvelous was in their care . we were then told we could not get Marvelous because of the situation he had with his father that first started my rights being taken from me for no reason they would not give me back my son for some things that his father and his ex girlfriend had done Marvelous had no injuries or anything wrong with him due to my baby being at the wrong place at the wrong time . I have family members that live in California that could have came and picked up Marvelous had we even been notified  he was there but they would not even let us come get my baby or send anyone else to get my baby me had no issues nothing was found wrong with Marvelous at all so coming in there I did not understand why I couldn’t I get my son back  .then cps  came up with fraudulent accusations against me so that I would have to keep my son in their system they put down that I am a drug user which was a lie  which I have taken over 24 drug test and passed every single one they then  told me I was not a suitable Mother I took parenting classes ,counseling everything asked of me due to  issues me and the babies father had but I currently was living in Las Vegas Nevada he stayed in San Bernardino County at the time Marvelous was took I was in Las Vegas Nevada I had nothing to do what went on in San Bernardino County The first problem I have is that they never contacted me by phone or email they could have went online and found my number we are the only leelowe‘s in Las Vegas Nevada so all they had to do was Google my name or number and it should have popped up because I am the only page Lee-low in Las Vegas Nevada I’ve came every week on the bus ,by car however I can get to California for my visit On time having to get hotel every week as well  to see my son . I bring him food ,toys, etc I do everything to make my visit go as great as possible and there is constantly a problems or something bad being said about me my social worker is very negligent and apathetic , And very unsympathetic she does not reply she does not do the things she should on her part she does not offer services on my sons birthdays 11/10/21 I booked a table at Chuck E. Cheese I paid a 50$ deposit I bought my son a big cake ,gifts, and decorations I spoke with my social worker two weeks prior to the visit and we agreed , on the day of my sons birthday she cancels my visit and did not give another day to make up she ignored my text also on my birthday 12/14/21 I came on the bus in the rain and my visit was cancel and did not notify until I arrived in California .this is really sad  for parents who is trying there best and are going through a hard Time in there life and is putting a lot of effort to get there child back my son has been in San Bernardino cps custody for a year I’ve done everything asked of me .Cps workers are the undercover leaders of slavery and are using innocent children for money these type of situations cause parents and family’s separation depression ,anxiety and sadness , my child is the reason I wake up everyday my child is very behind as far as education ,potty training , etc there is no love like a mothers love these foster moms won’t care for your child like you would as a parent  I did not carry my son for 10 months to lose him to the system  we all make mistakes we are all human and us as parents we get better and learn from our mistakes .Bring these innocent children home .
