Samsung launched a new handset named S22 and in India it was done in two stages. 

1st pre reserve

2nd pre order

Pre reserve was announced on date of launch and it was an assurance from samsung that holders of this special pass will get early delivery, assured delivery and special gift (tag).

PREORDERS in India started at 1800hrs IST on a live event. It was further told over calls preceeding the event that kindly join us and place orders for early delivery and surprise gifts. Orders were placed. Now absolutely zero delivery, orders status no change and no info about shipping.

To add to this surprise 400 winners, who were suppose to be selected on basis of orders, only those who are in Metro cities have been invited.

Those of us who Pre-reserve and preorderd are left on mercy of samsung shop. Getting mails that order will be delayed.

This fraud as mentioned below needs to stop and suitable compensation to be given. Else henceforth no trust on Online orders will be ever regained
