Samsung Egypt must stop conning their customers

I bought a TV Curve 55 inch UHD from Raya Aman and as soon as I returned home with it and installed it, I found its not working cause the inner screen is broken. I did my research in Egypt and found multiple cases with exactly the same problem with the same model. Not only Samsung sells a faulty TV, the customer service is saying its my fault and that i have to pay EGP 10,000 to change it, while I just paid EGP 11,000 the day before for the TV. This is conning. Samsung need to stop this dilemma and take back all the faulty models from the market, all the customers problems should be solved immediately!
