Poor quality products and costly after sales by Samsung

Dear Friends, 

Just like every Indian, I wanted to give my family a perfect home equipped with latest technology available so in August 2015, I bought a new Samsung LED TV,  Model No. UA40J5300ARLXL for almost ₹47K, and now in December 2017 it is having Screen burning issues where as the product was not used more than 2 hours a day. Samsung quoted a hefty repair price of ₹22K. For a normal earning guy like me a ₹47K investment should last for at least 7-8 years. Friends when you help me by signing this petition it would make realise Samsung,  that we customers pay for good quality products to last long and hence Samsung can't loot our hard earned money.

Please spread the word, so that Samsung should be forced to cut on repair costs and allow 100% customer satisfaction which they aren't providing right now. I have attached screen shots from their mails.
