While not required by the Android licence, I don't see any reason to not release source for device drivers at the very least. Samsung cannot lose anything by releasing those, whilst keeping it's TouchWiz interface proprietary.

Come on Samsung, support the opensource community that makes Android so wonderful.

Android born opensource, keep it full opensource, your touchwizz can remain closed source, it's useless

samsung needs to know that we, the customers are tired of them branding and never updating there firmware. if they charge so much money for a phone then the source and drivers should be released to allow 3rd party developers the opportunity to improve the firmware and fix bugs in it.

I want ROMs to be fully complete, because they make your Android device so much more complete.

Many users Find That running an AOSP based ROM on Their SmartPhones is better than Using a Stock Samsung Firmware. So please Support AOSP based ROMs and That with Releasing sourcecode!
