We see lots of EV’s started firing now a days. Now similarly Samsung phone stopped working after 1 year

I bought Samsung M31 phone 1 Year back it was working fine for 1 year 6 months after Samsung update it started freeze and restarting even if not in use. Reached out to the service center they are claiming issue with mother board need replacement.

Cost of motherboard is half of the price of phone. They don’t debug straight away they say to replace. I thought I only had issue like this. But I seen there were 5 more people came for the same issue after update they started restarting.

It happened after updates from Samsung. Samsung customer care blames the customers and charge huge money. It looks like the biggest scam they sell product and give update and spoil the board and collect money from service center.

Looking at the resale value in market its only 15% of the phone cost as market knows Samsung phones works only for 1 year. Customer support center says if it’s out of warranty we don’t support.

Will collect the data how many of you have affected by this issue. Samsung has to give answer to it Because its hard earned money.

Its Company's responsibility to test the release before they give it to the customers.

We pay the money for the device warranty and 3 years of update   if the update makes device failure whose fault its ?
