I demand the police officer who killed the dog, Geist, be held accountable for using excessive force and request that all Salt Lake officers be retrained on how to deal with dog encounters.

They should not have the right to shoot a dog in its own back yard the dog did nothing any other dog wouldn't do he was on his property this is a form of animal cruelty on the officers part.
