This pettition is in regards to DA 153/2020 

If we want this to be stopped we all must submit our personal letters into the council. You must download the submission forms from the council website and fill it out. The forms must be in by April 1st for then to be counted.

If the boarding house goes ahead as planned, all it will bring is crime, overpopulation, unemployment and will change the over all appeal of the central coast of NSW. We need to keep the central coast the haven for retirement and relaxation that it is and this boarding house is the opposite of what we need. We do not want to become another city. It is a small town and cannot cope with the influx of people that the boarding house will bring. Please help the community stop this boarding house from going ahead. 

Nothing but bad things will come from the decision to go ahead with these plans. It will not only affect the people in the vicinity of the building, it will impact the whole community. Toukley does not have the infrastructure available to accommodate all these new people comming into our town. Not only that, there are very few jobs going for low income families that need it. It needs to be relocated to an area that can accommodate for these people's needs better than Toukley can.
