We would like to request that the remodeling of Moyer skatepark be done with input and consideration of the local skateboarding community. We believe that major adjustments to the facility without the communities involvement would result in having a facility with some undesirable obstacles and/or a design that does not facilitate the desired aesthetic of the skateboarding culture at large.

We believe it would be in the best interest of the city as well as resident skate community, if both sides worked together to build a park that would be both, functional and enjoyable.

We ask for urgent action, before any further plans or purchases are made in order to facilitate a more favorable outcome and investment.
