We are living under horrible conditions including black mold and leaking ceilings. There is only one maintenance person responsible for the property and nothing ever gets done,there are roaches,ants,spiders and bed bugs in each apartment. The landlord/property manager is from out of state and is very hard to contact,he is seldom on the premises. There is no office personnel other than maintenance and they are hereby responsible for accepting rent payments and other issues. All issues have been brought to his attention through mail,email,text and conversation with him,yet he simply refuses to do anything about them.  The property has at least 50 stray cats that use the entire property as their litter box and the smell from outside is atrocious,they are all over the place and sometimes prevent you from entering your door,you shouldn’t because of all the flies but it’s what happens.  Several tenants have already moved and refuse to take any of their items due to the infestation of roaches and spiders,one tenant was bitten and so was her 2 year old son. Another tenant moved due to mice feces inside her cabinets. We have contacted the health department,and other channels to no avail,we are left with this petition and hopefully it will help things change,if not,at least people will know NOT to move here.
