The Salad community as of recently has lost someone very important to us all, and the opening in our hearts will never be filled. Revyn has, unfortunately, left us as a SaladChefs Lead Mod. While we will forever cherish and appreciate the work done by him, life must go on and his shoes must be filled. There are plenty of potential candidates, two of which show the passion and dedication that Revyn once did, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Pepe is a long-time member and contributor to the SaladChefs community, clocking in at 2.5 years and counting. He has nearly 160,000 messages in the Discord, and his current responsibilities include being a Moderator and Support Assistant in the Discord, as well as moderating and providing support on the Reddit. His dedication to the community and its wellbeing is the reason why so much time and effort has been put into maintaining it, and if he's made a Lead Moderator, that dedication will only increase.

Ethi has been a member of the community since February 2020, roughly 22 months, and has spent every minute of their free time making the server a better place. He comes from Support Assistant roots and has worked his way up the ladder, becoming a Junior and then full moderator in just a couple months, and his drive is best shown by his constant efforts to create activities and events for the community to participate in. Ethi has been a man of the people since his introduction to the community, always granting users the benefit of the doubt in his decisions and always cheering up those who need it.

Both of these individuals are great candidates for Lead Moderatorship and their efforts in the community speak for themselves, they are great representatives of the community and would set a great example for future members and moderators alike.
