Family, Friends, and members of the Saint Ursula class of 2020,

As many of you know, our first year on campus, the yellow uniform polos were still available for purchase at the regular price in the Dawghouse (our school’s uniform shop). Some members of the class purchased 3 or more of these shirts, resulting in a price tag of upwards of $100. Some students also only purchased yellow shirts.

Last year, it was announced that ONLY the class of 2019 were allowed to wear these yellow polos, as the school wanted to begin cycling them out of the uniform. They told us this was because the class of ‘19 were the last class able to purchase these shirts.  This is false. The class of 2020 was able to purchase them to wear as uniform.

It is because of this, we, the class of 2020 ask that we also be grandfathered in to the yellow shirt rule. We were told that we were the last class allowed to wear the skorts we purchased, but underclassmen who wear them face no punishment, despite the fact that they were NOT able to purchase them in the Dawghouse, so why should we be punished for wearing a uniform we were able to purchase fairly?

Thank you,

The Saint Ursula Academy Senior class of 2020.
