I’m starting this petition in hopes to change the school board decision that prevents Saint Lucie County seniors from expressing their creativity by decorating the graduation caps that they’ve paid for. I feel that seniors should have the right to express theirselves on their graduation caps as long as the decorations are school appropriate.
