The majority of the National Hockey League celebrates diversity with Pride nights across the United States and Canada. Sadly the defending Stanley Cup Champions no longer value this diversity amongst their fan base. From a team I’ve supported for over 3 decades, it’s so sad to see an organization no longer with an interest for human rights for all of its fan base. The team as a whole participated in the Mardi Gras festivities, St Patrick’s Day and a variety of others but Pride is no longer valued.
