Panic buying is clearing the selves leaving those most vulnerable and at risk without the basics they need. 
It is heart breaking seeing the elderly with their empty trolleys staring at empty shelves. 
The supermarkets should enforce over 60’s shopping mornings only to ensure the shelves are stock and those that need to buy get a chance.
