We the citizens of the Minnesota petition the Minnesota state government to establish Mandatory Prison Sentences for the following crimes:

5 Years Mandatory prison sentence for Car Jacking, all ages sentenced equally, no adjustment for minors under the age of 18.

5 years Mandatory Prison Sentence for Gun Violence, unlawful discharge, and illegal possession of a firearm.  All ages sentenced equally, no adjustment for minors under the age of 18.

Anyone convicted of the above crimes will face a lifetime restraining order.  Convicted individuals will not be allowed in the 7 county area of Minnesota where the crime took place AND the convicted individual will not be allowed within the 7 county area where they live in Minnesota when charges are filled.  Individuals that break this restraining order will get a Mandatory Sentence of 3 years in Prison.
