Dollar tree needs armed security ! Everyday employees life’s are put at risk because people come in the store and steal and they come with blades ,needles ,screw drivers a whole bunch of different weapons . Everyday dollar tree gets robbed and everyday an employee or management gets into it with a customer or thief , we are told not to touch them but they are always the ones who swing first or pull a weapon out . It’s not fair as dollar tree employees to go into work and stock out the merchandise for it to be stolen and for the store sales to be down and our jobs than become at risk. customers who want to pay for the items can’t because it got stolen and we lose customers . I have seen a manager get sliced in the neck another manager get knocked out and have a concussion a thief pull out a needle a thief pull out a whole kitchen knife a cashier got her whole register stolen because a guy robbed her with a gun I can go on and on , now dollar tree is selling 3 4 and 5 dollar items which makes it a bigger target !!! WE NEED ARMED SECURITY OR SECURITY IN GENERAL !!!!
