Sister Clara Muhammad School, (on Van Dyke, in Detroit, MI), served as an oasis of knowledge, self-reliance, spiritual fulfillment and tranquility to communities throughout Detroit, Inkster and abroad for years. From the leadership to the teachers, scholars and parents, a culture of excellence was cultivated and maintained second to none. 

If this historic building is not designated as such, it's a high probability the premises will be used for purposes that are deconstructive to the surrounding community. 

If this happens, it will further decimate an already impoverished community that has been denied opportunities and resources that it rightfully deserves.
