Goodwill is a multi-billion-dollar company whose mission statement is "Our vision is to transform lives and communities through the power of work". Yet, they fall miles short of living up to that slogan. From unsafe working conditions, to an unlivable base pay of $12.80/hourly, to arbitrary decisions on who gets raises and bonuses, to laughable "raises" of .20 cents/hourly, Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is a complete and utter failure when it comes to their so-called "vision". 

We the workers of Goodwill AZ are demanding ALL workers receive an IMMEDIATE raise to $15/hourly, & ALL Goodwill AZ buildings be up to code, with safe conditions and fresh equipment.
