Save our NHS Woolwich Dental Practice
This petition had 746 supporters
My name is Dr Fariba Fekrazad and I am the Principle Dentist at Woolwich Dental Practice, a NHS practice with 19,000 active patients, since 2001. Due to a recent redevelopment in the Spray Street quarter, we have to relocate our surgery. However, the lack of support from council is making it hard to relocate in Woolwich. A petition has been set up so that we can prove to the council that moving out of Woolwich is not beneficial to us or our patients.
We are based in the heart of Woolwich town centre close by the DLR and in the future, the new cross rail, providing service to 19,000 patients. Our petition is currently supported by several members of the local Council however we need the support from the public in this matter to make a change.
My duty as a medical professional is to provide care for my patients, they are my main priority. Losing my business would not only affect 19,000 members of our community, but affect my patients health as well as my own. The more support I can get, the more chance I can save my business and be able to continue my care for my patients.
My story is real and needs to be heard.
