There is not enough infrastructure to support additional housing in this area.

The infrastructure of Arnos Grove cannot support a development of this size. Enfield Council really needs to look at this again and also consider the strength of local opinion against the development.

This area is so congested already... it will impose misery on residents having to fund a CPZ, take away the valuable parking option for people needing to travel into London on the tube, destroy a well-loved, iconic vista, and will not benefit the community in any way. 40% affordable housing is, as we all know, a misnomer. It will not be affordable for any except the very rich who will buy to let at huge rents.

The outer London suburbs have an increasing population and surprisingly poor public transport, necessitating a short drive to a station for those not lucky enough to live within walking distance.

This development will not benefit the community. It will increase congestion and parking issues and is building A1 is far to close to the listed building.

We need space and trees not more buildings of blocks of flats-there are not enough facilities for more people living in the area

The application represents a gross overdevelopment if this site and would destroy the design ethic of this listed station

I dont want to see the area in which I was born cometely over populated. There's too many flat going up all over Barnet and not enough schools GPs infrastructure to support these massive building projects. Enough is enough
