As you can see since 2004 there has been a 40% increase in price for the tube in London and this can affect many commuters who have to pay more every year just so they can get to work. And for cash payments (tickets) the increase in price has been a whopping 127% in the last 17 years, tickets are normally used by tourists and if they are having to pay these extraordinary prices they might end up taking a Minicab which can cause pollution. And for people who are using this every day for their daily commute they are not getting their money's worth due to the congestion and service delays on the tube. TFL have also frozen all fares until 2020 but WE need to UNFREEZE THEM. Teenagers use the tube and overground services to get to school and they are having to pay!!! Why should we have to pay for our children to go to school? So we need you to help this ever increasing situation and help all the Londoners who are struggling just getting to work/school.
