BOYCOTT RYANAIR FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE DUTY OF CARE TO A PASSENGER WHO WAS RACIALLY ABUSED
0 have signed. Let’s get to 10,000!
We are calling for a boycott of the airline RYANAIR, we are calling on this boycott for failure to provide duty of care to the victim Delsie Gayle who was racially abused before the stationary plane flew from Barcelona to London Stansted on Friday 19th October 2018. After being abused Delsie was moved from the volatile passenger and had to continue her journey distressed and shaken.
The man who threatened, racially abused and intimidated Delsie was NOT removed from the plane which was on Spanish soil but instead was allowed to continue his journey pacified and comfortable.
What we want this petition to stand for is accountability, we want Ryanair and all companies to know that ALL people deserve to be protected and defended when confronted with hate crimes and if they fail to respond adaquately WE WILL hit them where it hurts which is REPUTATION AND FINANCES.
Ryanair have not contacted the victim or her family, they have issued no public or private apology instead they have reported the issue and kept quiet, this is unacceptable.
This was a 77 year old elderly lady who also has a disability, we appeal to you to look at the situation and imagine your mother or grandmother being the victim, the least you can expect is that a company will have the protocol necessary to protect them in the face of hate crime which Ryanair did not do, so please SIGN, SHARE and help change the narrative by using people power to make Ryanair accountable.
