Tota Panggabean, a professor in the Accounting department at California State University, is very knowledgeable. However, knowing the subject and teaching the subject are completely different things. His teaching methods are not effective and don't make his classes interesting. Students primary have to learn everything by themselves.

* It looks like he does not know about different learning styles 

* He does not show his students how they can use the material in real world situations 

* It looks like he does not understand that students do not have the same amount of knowledge like he has 

* He does not motivate/ encourage students to continue learning new concepts

* He sometimes treats students like robots, not like humans
