Meet Miss Sheila and Miss Ethel they were a pair of sisters who chose entrepreneurship to survive in America they ran a pop up shop with trendy attire …They could often be found on Madison Ave or Watt Ave and Donjuilo intersection ..They were what I would call icons of the street vendor business of North highlands/Sacramento They woke up this past Friday October 29th like they did everyday when it took a turn for the worst and a young driver came speeding up Don Julio and was to impatient to wait at a red light and accelerated through the yellow light at the intersection losing control of her vehicle and unfortunately skipped the curb directly into their tent Killing them both instantly..If you don’t know the area well there is schools that are in the whole surrounding areas of this intersection Elementary through High school the driver admitted to going 40-60mph and witnesses have come forward recalling her going 70-80 before she even made it to the intersection what if this was a child leaving from school it happened mid afternoon on a Friday would it have been different would there be more of a uproar and demand for Justice.. they were local vendors just trying to make a living ..They arnt sure if they should charge the young lady with a crime but why is that when she has killed two women because of her negligence and impatience Why should their family be left with no Justice …We demand an answer and consequences for the driver involved in the killing of Ethel and Sheila
