My friend who was giving direct care to a positive  Coronavirus elderly patient in a rehabilitation hospital, she work through Agency, she was following the government guidelines to protect herself, others and stop the virus spreading by wearing mask,the Matron and her Boss of the trust who constantly bullied, intimidated her. The ward matron said the HCA can’t wear the mask, when the HCA told the matron what the government guidelines says, the matron got upset and order for  All her booked shifts to be cancelled, just because she wear mask to protect herself , how long should we continue allowing this big Boss place of work bullied and intimidate junior staff, especially Agency staff, this is unacceptable, this pandemic period, Uk Government are asking for people to volunteer, retirees should return back to work to help fight this virus, but some people been banned from working just because they wear mask to protect herself. They are putting staff at risk and also the other vulnerable patients in the same ward. Hundreds of people are dying everyday in U.K. Let's stand up against the bullied Matron and her Boss in the ward.
