Alan Joyce is an un-Australian disgrace who has run Qantas into the ground.  The only way for this to be changed is for him to go.

They have outsourced the baggage handling and are losing everyone's luggage.  They have a customer service department which forces people to lodge complaints  by e-mail which are never dealt with.  Jetstar service standards are disgraceful and poor maintenance has resulted in thousands of Australians being stranded overseas. 

Every one of the decisions that led to this came from the top.  So, the man at the top needs to resign right now, and the Australian Government, who is a major stakeholder, needs to step in an restore the national carrier to its previous high standards.
