Security officers are the most Marginalized workers in this Country with a net payee of about R4300, for working 12 hours a day while mostly reporting on duty at least 28 days a month,we experience high level of Exploitation,Discrimination,Inequality and there is too much unfair labour practice in the Industry than any other sector

Our bosses often charges about R18 000 - R25 000 per Security and only pays us peanuts,we therefore realize that it is of the Country's interests for Security officers to be Insourced wherever they are employed(e.g.Retail,Industrial,Government sites etc),this particular move can also help curb the high level of unemployment in this Country by creating job opportunities,if Securities are directly employed by those who seek their services we believe that there will be a high need for them to stop working twelve hours a day which this move will approximately create space for a third shift in between the day and the night shift
