 RE:     Crimes Against Humanity

This petition is to support a complaint filed with the International Criminal Court due to the Crimes Against Humanity that President Donald Trump, his administration, and the GOP Congress are committing or allowing to be committed against United States citizens, migrants, and illegal immigrants.  The illegal immigrants are fleeing the horror being perpetrated by criminals and terrorists in their homelands. Some are crossing the border illegally, but many are seeking asylum.

We are requesting the International Criminal Court investigate two specific areas.

1.    The immediate danger is the immigrant children who are being separated from their parents and families when they cross the United States border seeking asylum and children who cross the border independently without their parents and are being placed in insufficient holding centers and detention camps. The children are being terrorized to include but not limited to being put in cages, imprisoned in locked facilities, subjected to dehumanizing treatment. Many are forcefully separated from their parents; the parents are jailed and cannot contact their children. Additional allegations include physical mistreatment and rape with possible illegal trafficking.

2.    There are multiple reports of death to immigrants either by ICE or Border Patrol or lack of care. One man committed suicide.

A major concern is the government is preparing to build tent cities in Southern Texas and will house the youngest and most vulnerable in the hot summer when temperatures are consistently in the 90s and higher this will endanger their lives.

The children have no parents and no advocates and Trump et al. are denying individuals access these facilities to include members of Congress.

Trump systematically calls immigrants animals and he and his Attorney General Jeff Sessions have been treating them as such.

The United Nations has spoken out against the treatment of the children since Trump implemented these cruel policies. https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2018/06/06/world/social-issues-world/u-n-slams-child-rights-violations-trump-defends-separating-illegal-border-crossing-parents-kids/#.WyP3hqdKh8c

The American Academy of Pediatricians have also stepped up to condemn the actions. https://www.cnn.com/2018/06/14/health/immigrant-family-separation-doctors/index.html

The second complaint is against the President, his administration, the GOP Congress and the National Rifle Association for the failure to develop and implement common sense gun laws.  There have been 1,396,733 deaths to American citizens since the American Revolution due to war and military conflicts.  From 1968 to 2015, there were 1,516,863 deaths due to firearms in the United States. Since the mass murder at Columbine High School in Colorado in 1999, 26,000+ children have been killed, 187,000 have experience gun violence in school.

Since the election of Donald Trump and the assignment of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the Natoinal Rifle Association has come under scrutiny for accepting Russian money and potentially laundering it through donations to Republicans in Congress.  The Republicans in Congress have demonstrated over and over again that they are afraid of the NRA and will do nothing to put common sense gun control laws in place. The Dallas Morning News has been conducting an investigation since December 2017 and they have uncovered millions of dollars in donations from a US firm owned by a Russian oligarch. Additionally, the NRA has received millions of dollars from Russian donations.

Athough this request does not add up to genocide; until you look at the numbers. Only two countries have suffered more death than the United States, Germany during the holocaust (1941-1946 with the loss of an estimated 6 million Jews and Holodomor by the, with an estimated minimum lost of 1.8 million by Ukraine in 1932-1933.  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_genocides_by_death_toll

It is disheartening that the United States is the third highest genocide in the world due to gun violence and American deaths will continue to increase unless someone has the courage to stand up to the politicians who are supporting the continued carnage of life in the United States. It is also disheartening the Trump et al. has pulled the United States out of the United Nations Human Rights Council

We respectfully request that the International Criminal Court open an investigation into the loss of life in the United States and help us stop political endorsed mass murder.
