Germaine Brown started this petition to Governor of South Carolina Henry D. McMaster and

Larry G. Harvin was not simply Wrongfully Convicted of an otherwise unsolved Charleston, S.C.  Murder and Armed Robbery that State's Case Facts do not show Larry committing beyond a reasonable doubt, but Larry was wrongfully convicted by way of his Trial Solicitor being allowed to commit Extrinsic Fraud Upon the Court through knowingly and intentionally presenting an illegally-obtained False Statement as Primary Evidence for Larry's Trial Jury to consider finding Larry guilty (to date, no one else was ever formally charged with having assisted in commission of noted crimes that Larry have stood convicted for since October 16, 1998), among other clear Violations of Constitutional and Statutory law that Larry is Currently seeking relief from in an 'Interest of Justice Motion for a New Trial' that Larry originally Filed in the Charleston County General Sessions Court on 'December 3, 2014' - to date, an Evidentiary Hearing upon Larry's claims have NOT been set, based on an apparent Conspiratorial Racial Animus directed at preventing Larry from exposing the Court Officers that committed and allowed the perpetration of Extrinsic Fraud Upon the Court to close an otherwise unsolved Criminal Case involving a white Woman. Larry have wrote us detailed accounts of his efforts to regain his God-bestowed Liberty from the effects of the employed racism that caused his now twenty-two (22) year incarceration that was obtained by clear Court Officer Misconduct; our mission is to assist in liberating Larry!
