This semester has been hard on all of us as it is taking place amidst a pandemic. We are all dealing with a set of our personal hurdles, big or small. Most professors have not been the most accommodating or resourceful and have been assigning immense amount of work per course because we apparently have abundant amount of time on our hands now that we are not commuting. This is false. Also considering Carleton University, a fellow Ontario university is offering the pass/fail option for this entire academic school year (both fall 2020 and winter 2021) out of care for their students. I believe that Ryerson University should do the same and provide students with the pass/fail option for both semesters as well.
